I would like to Thank you and your crews that came to my house over the past 3 years. My mother has been living with me since I have had your services. As of the last 3 years she had become very ill and was having trouble walking as well as balance problems. She was a small frame lady at her heaviest weight she was about 103 lbs. There were occasions when she would fall or I needed help moving her wheelchair, either because I was trying to keep her from moving or something else. Through this time period, the people who were at the house to cut grass or do other things would help. They would help me get her back in the car/house or help me pick her up. Whatever the task was, they were there to help.

I realize most places don’t want their employees to do this, but they saw a need and helped. I have movement problems myself, (double amputee). I always appreciated the help. I am writing to let you know she has passed away. We lost her on April 5, 2015. She was 91 years old. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the help I received from the different crews. I don’t know the names of the people but they know who they are. Please don’t yell at them for helping. I as well as they know what can happen, but sometimes you just have to do what is right.

Mr. Bob Jones did a wonderful job in the design of how things should look when I the home owner truly did not know what I wanted. I had a kennel, deck, landscaping and patio built and they are gorgeous. The attention to detail was fantastic. The crew did perfect work. The two foremen that were in charge of the deck and landscaping were two of the hardest working professional men that I have ever come into contact with.

When I started this process I went and found about ten companies that I wanted to look at to redo my backyard. My first appointment was with Carroll Landscaping and that’s where I stopped. I knew as soon as I met Bob Jones that my search was over.

Skip and I want to thank you and your crew for the wonderful job that was done on our landscaping project. It was a large project and you and your crew kept it running smoothly. It’s completely changed the entire appearance of the house. The colors of the retaining walls, pavers and fieldstone tie in perfectly with our old farmhouse. You all did such a wonderful job of blending the new work with the existing stone. It’s exactly what I’d wanted to have that finished look. Our neighbors, friends and relatives can’t get over how beautiful it looks, and I can only imagine how great it’s going to look in the spring when the plantings all come back. Additionally, your placement of the boulders with the plantings is perfect! It was truly a joy to have such as nice crew at the house every day and thank goodness they liked dogs. I actually think the dogs miss them! Finally, the drainage work that you did for us in the fields has worked perfectly, for the first time in 18 years, no washouts!!!

I wanted to take a minute to applaud you and your staff on the exceptional quality I recently experienced while doing business with your company. I met Kevin Moore at the home show in Towson, MD last spring. There we discussed having a new stoop, walkway and path put in at my house. Kevin subsequently stopped by and provided a proposal. He was extremely professional with the presentation. I was so impressed with his sincerity and knowledge that we agreed to have the work done. The gentleman who arrived and did the work were exceptional at their trade.

Because of this experience, a couple of weeks ago I asked Kevin to help us figure out and fix a major drainage problem at my house. Once again Kevin arrived and spent a lot of time working out a solution to fix the problem. He promised to have a team at my home today around 8 AM. Right on que they showed up at 8 AM and began the work. I could not be happier with the great job all the men did.

During the job, Kevin stopped by 3 times to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and made sure there was nothing else I needed. (Of course I was fully satisfied with the work that was completed) I classify this as going above and beyond. You should feel proud to have employees like Kevin and the individuals under your employ whom I met while working at my home. Please congratulate Kevin for me not only for doing the job promised but in the most professional and courteous manner possible.

It’s me again. You already heard from me once this year but each time I get another project completed, I feel like I need to write another letter.

In August I had a paver patio and stone walkway installed by Steve Sr., A.J., Steve Jr. and Doug. They worked really hard in all that heat and never took breaks other than for lunch. You should be proud to have this team working for you. The patio and walkway look terrific and I have had tons of compliments from my neighbors. I have actually run out of Kevin’s business cards – I am now giving out photocopies.

In September, I had the backyard landscaped – based on Beth’s wonderful design. I think that I told you this before but I will say it again: you are lucky to have her working for you. Justin, Doug and Gary did all the planting. Once again, this team was outstanding. Justin made sure that I knew how to care for all the different plants and you couldn’t get harder workers other than these three guys.

I know that your company will only get bigger because of the great teams that you have working for you. They get the jobs done quickly and they make your customers extremely happy. A happy customer will only get you more customers that you can make happy.
